These terms govern the FixerWP Affiliate Program under Digtize.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

• To join the FixerWP Affiliate Program, you must complete the application form on our website.
• Approval is at FixerWP’s sole discretion. We may reject applications if:
  • Your site contains illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
  • You engage in unethical or fraudulent marketing practices.
  • You compete directly with FixerWP or misuse our intellectual property.
• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2. Affiliate Obligations

• Accurate Information: Provide true, current, and complete details during registration and keep them updated.
• Marketing Practices:
  • Only use marketing materials provided or approved by FixerWP.
  • No false claims, deceptive marketing, or misleading advertising.
  • Do not use “FixerWP” or similar terms in domain names, usernames, or social media without permission.
  • Paid ads using FixerWP’s trademarks are prohibited unless authorized.
• Legal Compliance: Follow all applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and FTC disclosure guidelines. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship.

3. Commission & Earnings

• You earn commission on qualifying purchases made via your referral link.
• Non-Eligible Sales: No commission for:
  • Your own purchases (self-referral).
  • Orders by immediate family or employees.
  • Refunded, cancelled, chargeback, or fraudulent orders.
• Commission rate and cookie duration are provided in the affiliate dashboard and may change with notice.
• Tracking uses cookies or codes, but FixerWP isn’t responsible for untracked sales due to technical or browser issues.

4. Payments

• Schedule: Monthly, once payout threshold is met.
• Method: As listed in the dashboard. Any transaction fees are the affiliate’s responsibility.
• Validation Period: Commissions finalize only after the refund window closes.
• Payments are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Not responsible for delays due to incorrect payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

• All FixerWP trademarks, logos, and creative assets remain property of FixerWP.
• You have a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use them for promotion only.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using spam, bots, or automated systems.
• Misrepresenting FixerWP’s products or services.
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
• Offering rebates, coupons, or cashback without permission.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account anytime, with or without cause, by email notice.
• Immediate termination for:
  • Fraud
  • Term violations
  • Unethical or illegal conduct
• Upon termination, remove all FixerWP materials from your sites.
• Commissions may be forfeited for violations.

8. Changes to the Program

• We may change terms, commission rates, or policies at any time.
• Notice will be given via email or dashboard. Continuing participation = acceptance of changes.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Keep non-public information about FixerWP confidential.
• Follow all data protection laws when handling user data.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or special/consequential damages.
• No guarantees for uninterrupted operation of tracking systems or the website.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].
• Disputes will be resolved via negotiation, and if unresolved, through courts in [Jurisdiction].
